When I saw her eyes, i was drained of all but life,
Took by surprise, on her sleeve was no disguise,
Love well it moves fast, get a grip cause it don't last,
Stars and stripes they wrapped you in but they won't save you now,
six feet underground but i can hear your heart somehow,
Stars and stripes they wrapped you in but they did not defend,
Died for broken promises and a war that will not end,
Life will find a way to fuck you over and up again,
Stars and stripes they wrapped you in but they won't save you now,
six feet underground but i can hear your heart somehow,
Stars and stripes they wrapped you in but they did not defend,
Died for broken promises and a war that will not end,
You know i'll miss you, you know i'll never be the same,
You know i'll miss you, you know i'll never be the same...
Haven't slept much going on 2 days & this record on repeat during this time has put these songs waaay under my skin. It really plays like a nightmare. Just an edge of your seat, end of "2001: A Space Odyssey" psychedelic horror. Like whatever is going on during "Vital Confrontation" makes me anxious every time the song starts because of where it takes you. It honestly creeps me out. Which is kind of the point, I think. Maybe this is what's keeping me up? Nah, but I think I do need to crash soon. bcb723
Sure, it's easy to say they sound like Steve Albini with some delay, but that really misses the bigger picture: Albini never used delay. They guys are doing some things that Steve never thought to and that's worth a listen. Gbro
I have known the Boys in Ed Hall since the early 80s's...They turned me into what I am...A TRANCE SYNDICATE Monster but besides that I LOVE ED HALL personnel past and Present!
FUCK THIS!
I meant this as an homage
to Ed Hall but I was wrong! Too many evil Bulliets Gary! I LOVE WATA!
